Where are you based?
We’re based in Western Australia, and all products are made and shipped from here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using Australia Post. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is sent.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days. Larger or high-volume items may take slightly longer. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing it.
Are your items 3D printed?
Yes, they are, but we don't cut corners. We use high-quality materials and test each product before it leaves our studio. Some items may show minor surface lines or small imperfections these are normal and part of the 3D printing process.
Can I request a custom colour or size?
Absolutely. Send us a message through the Contact page and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if something arrives damaged or there’s a problem?
We thoroughly check every item, but if something slips through or arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
